Taylor Crum, LSW, LICDC
Hello, I am glad you’re here! My name is Taylor Crum, and I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW)and a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC). I am a graduate ofCleveland State University and was born and raised in the community I serve.
I am a therapist with nearly 10 years of experience supporting individuals and families impacted by substance use and mental health challenges. My clinical work is grounded in evidence-based practices that promote addiction recovery, emotional regulation, and long-term psychological well-being.
I take a client-centered, collaborative approach to treatment, focusing on assessment-driven care and individualized treatment planning. I work alongside clients to develop practical coping skills, increase emotional regulation, and build the skills necessary to achieve and maintain long-term recovery. My goal is to support meaningful, measurable progress while fostering resilience and self-efficacy.
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time with my dogs and riding motorcycles with my husband.
I will be practicing under the supervision of Angela Harris, LISW-S, in compliance with Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board.
