Hi! I'm Alicia Ciccone—a mama, proud military spouse, and clinical therapist. Each of these roles has shaped who I am, bringing both incredible joy and unique challenges. They have also given me a deep appreciation for resilience, connection, and the importance of having support through life's most difficult moments.

It took me many years to discover that becoming a therapist was my calling. As I continued through school and gained more life experience, I found myself increasingly drawn to the field of mental health. I often wondered how my own life might have been different if I had access to therapy after losing my father at a young age, or if someone had helped me understand the impact of addiction while growing up in a family affected by addictive behaviors. Those experiences inspired a passion for helping others navigate their own journeys with compassion, understanding, and hope.

I believe growth happens when we're willing to challenge ourselves and step outside our comfort zones. While therapy can feel intimidating at first, taking that first step is often one of the most courageous and meaningful decisions a person can make. It is an honor to walk alongside my clients as they discover their own strength, build resilience, and create lasting change.

I specialize in working with military service members, veterans, and their families, as well as individuals navigating grief, trauma, anxiety, and life transitions. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and have additional training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized, blending evidence-based practices with genuine curiosity and compassion to help each client move toward healing and the life they envision for themselves.
